KeyTec® AAK1, N-His (Sf9) recombinant protein with N-terminal 6xHis tag was purified byNi-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the AAK1 protein was monomer in the solution. The AAK1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
