KeyTec® CDK1/CycE1, N-GST/N-His recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK1 with N-terminal GST tag and CycE1 protein with N-terminal 6x His tag. The complex was purified by GST affinity. The CDK1/CycE1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
