OverviewKeyTec® CDK12/Cyclin K, N-GST recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK12 with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site and Cyclin K protein with N-terminal Flag tag and C-terminal 6xHis tag. The complex was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the CDK12/Cyclin K protein was polymer in the solution. The CDK12/ Cyclin K protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
