KeyTec® CDK14/CyclinY, N-GST/N-GST recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK14 with N-terminal GST tag, CyclinY protein with N-terminal GST tag. Recombinant human CDK14/CyclinY protein was purified by GST affinity. The CDK14/CyclinY protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
