Overview

KeyTec® CDK2/CycE1, N-GST/N-GST recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK2 with N-terminal GST tag and CycE1 protein with N-terminal GST tag. The complex was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the CDK2/ CycE1 protein was polymer in the solution. The CDK2/CycE1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
