Overview

KeyTec® CK2α2/CK2β, N-GST/N-His recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CK2α2 with N-terminal GST tag and CK2β protein with N-terminal 6xHis tag. The complex was purified by GST affinity chromatography. The CK2α2/CK2β protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
