Overview

KeyTec® GSK3α, N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the GSK3α protein was dimer in the solution. The GSK3α protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
