KeyTec® JAK1(JH1), N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the JAK1(JH1) protein was polymer in the solution. The JAK1(JH1) protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
