KeyTec® PIK3CA/PIK3R1, C-His/N-Flag; C-Avi recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human PIK3CA with C-terminal 8xHis tag and PIK3R1 with N-terminal Flag tag and C-terminal Avi tag. The complex was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. The PIK3CA/PIK3R1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
