KeyTec® TYK2(JH2), N-His-3C recombinant protein with N-terminal 8xHis tag and 3C cleavage site was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the TYK2(JH2) protein was monomer in the solution. The TYK2(JH2) protein showed high activity in FP assay.
