KeyTec® TR-FRET mAb anti-GST-Solar Eu is designed for developing the TR-FRET Assay. The anti-GST antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody. In the Protein-Protein Interaction assay, one GST-tagged protein binds to the donor (KeyTec® TR-FRET mAb anti-GST-Solar Eu), and the other protein is labeled (directly or indirectly) with the acceptor (KeyTec® TR-FRET LA/HX). When the two proteins interact, the donor molecule is brought into proximity with the acceptor molecule. Excitation of the donor will result in the generation of the TR-FRET signal at 665 nm, proportional to the extent of protein interaction.

It is a highly efficient, stable and reliable substrate for Firefly luciferase, producing a sensitive and robust luminescence signal. Its excellent water and fat solubility properties allow it to easily cross cell membranes.

KeyTec® Enhanced luciferase Detection kit is designed for the sensitive and robust detection of firefly luciferase reporter gene assays. Simply mix the substrate with cell lysis buffer, add the mixture to the cells, and proceed to detect the firefly luciferase signal within the cells.
