Overview

KeyTec® ALK4, N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the ALK4 protein was polymer in the solution. The ALK4 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
