OverviewKeyTec® CDK2/CycA2, N-GST/C-His recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK2 with N-terminal GST tag, CycA2 protein with C- terminal 8x His tag. Recombinant human CDK2/CycA2 protein was purified by GST affinity. The CDK2/CycA2 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
