OverviewKeyTec® CDK3/CycE1, N-GST/N-His recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK3 with N-terminal GST tag and CycE1 protein with N-terminal 6xHis tag. The complex was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the CDK3/ CycE1 protein was polymer in the solution. The CDK3/CycE1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
