OverviewKeyTec® CDK4/CycD1, N-GST/N-GST;C-His recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK4 with N-terminal GST tag and CycD1 with N-terminal GST tag and C-terminal 6x His tag. The complex was purified by GST affinity chromatography. The CDK4/CycD1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
