Overview

KeyTec® CSK, N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the CSK protein was trimer in the solution. The CSK protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.
