Overview

KeyTec® Cynomolgus RIPK1, N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the RIPK1 protein was dimer in the solution. The RIPK1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
