Overview

KeyTec® EPHA2, N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the EPHA2 protein was dimer and trimer in the solution. The EPHA2 protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.
