Overview

KeyTec® EPHB1, N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the EPHB1 protein was trimer in the solution. The EPHB1 protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.
