KeyTec® FGFR10P-FGFR1, N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the FGFR10P-FGFR1 protein was polymer in the solution. The FGFR10P-FGFR1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
