OverviewKeyTec® FGFR2 [C491F], N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the FGFR2 [C491F] was tetramer in the solution. The FGFR2 [C491F] protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.
