OverviewKeyTec® FGFR3[K650Q], N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the FGFR3[K650Q] protein was tetramer in the solution. The FGFR3[K650Q] protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.
