Overview

KeyTec® TRKA(NTRK2), N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the TRKA(NTRK2) protein was trimer in the solution. The TRKA(NTRK2) protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.
