Overview

KeyTec® WEE2, N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag + TEV cleavage site was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the WEE2 protein was tetramer in the solution. The WEE2 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
