KeyTec® BIKE, N-His (Sf9) recombinant protein with N-terminal 6xHis tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the BIKE protein was monomer in the solution. The BIKE protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
