Main Responsibilities:
Develop reagents, kits, etc. based on KeyTec® TR-FRET technology or other technology platforms, according to internal R&D plans or customized client requirements.
Independently conduct background research, reagent material searches, experimental scheme design, experimental operations, problem analysis and solution, data processin, and report writing based on project needs.
Participate in the production, quality inspection, packaging, and other workflows of existing catalog products according to production plans.
Guide subordinates in related R&D work and lead the team to complete R&D projects collaboratively.
Assist with the daily operational tasks of the laboratory.
Job Requirements:
A Master's degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (drug development, method development) or related fields is preferred.
Experience in drug screening methods, application development, or the development of detection reagents is a plus.
Strong knowledge background in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, pharmacy, biochemistry, physical chemistry, and synthetic chemistry.
Proficient in TR-FRET, ELISA, cell culture, flow cytometry, and other relevant technologies.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software, as well as handling biological-related data.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain the company's public accounts, website, and other online platforms. Responsible for the layout and printing of marketing materials such as promotional articles and product brochures.
Assist in developing the annual marketing promotion plan, implement the plan, and track and summarize the promotion effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales staff to collect market information, customer product usage information, and analyze competing products.
Support sales staff by assisting key customers and key product sales plans, following up on related projects, resolving customer technical inquiries, and providing basic training on experimental principles and techniques to sales staff and customers.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields.
Basic understanding of common techniques such as TR-FRET, ELISA, cell culture, and flow cytometry. Experience in drug screening is preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with biological data analysis software (GraphPad Prism). Knowledge of basic design software such as Photoshop and vector graphic editing software is a plus. Preference for candidates who are skilled in learning and applying AI tools.
Strong communication, expression, and organizational coordination skills. Able to adapt to approximately 15% travel.
Proficient in reading and writing in English.
