KeyTec® BTK[C481S], N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the BTK[C481S] protein was dimer in the solution. The BTK[C481S] protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.
