KeyTec® CDK13/Cyclin K, N-GST/ N-FLAG; C-His recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK13 with N-terminal GST tag and Cyclin K protein with N-terminal GST tag and C-terminal 6xHis tag. The complex was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the CDK13/Cyclin K protein was polymer in the solution. The CDK13/Cyclin K protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
