KeyTec® DDB1/CRBN, No tag/N-His recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human DDB1, CRBN protein with C-terminal 6x His tag. Recombinant human DDB1/CRBN protein was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by desalting. The DDB1/CRBN protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.

The DDB1/CRBN activity was detected using TR-FRET technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the DDB1/CRBN protein, Thalidomide-BODIPY and the TR-FRET reagents at 25 ℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 520/490 by Microplate Reader with TR-FRET.
