KeyTec® GAK, N-His recombinant protein with N-terminal 6xHis tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the GAK protein was monomer in the solution. The GAK protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
