KeyTec® Src-Zap70, N-GST recombinant protein with N-terminal GST tag+thrombin cleavage site was purified by GST affinity chromatography. The Src-Zap70 protein showed high activity in TR-FRET assay.

Performance

The Src-Zap70 activity was detected using TR-FRET technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the Src-Zap70 protein, ATP and substrate at 25 ℃ for 120 min, adding the TR-FRET reagents at 25 ℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 by Microplate Reader with TR-FRET.
